1. The PAP telemetry is not sending the conductivity reading from the 400m sensor so it is not possible to calculate and plot Salinity or Sigma-t for that depth. In the colour profiles for Sigma-t and Salinity the 600m values has been substituted.
This information will become available when the delayed-mode data is recovered.
2. The conductivity readings for the 150m sensor were outside acceptable limits so those data points with a salinity of < 35.4 have not been plotted on the main line graphs and averages of the 80m and 400m values have been substituted in the colour profiles.
The data are available on the customised graphs.
