ESTOC April 2004

November 2004
On 17th November 2004 the telemetry buoy of the ESTOC mooring came adrift. Fortunately the RV Poseidon passed in the vicinity, prior to the cruise to service ESTOC, so the drifting parts were soon recovered.

April 2004
28th April 2004 : RV POSEIDON has successfully serviced the ESTOC mooring but unfortunately only the top 5 microcats are currently sending real-time data.

The following graphs have been produced using the complete data set collected so far with the satellite system. Data from other sources have also been incorporated. The DOLAN project is sited only a few kilometers from the ESTOC site and they have allowed ANIMATE to show their weather data.
